Our plants may be equipped with different temperature control systems, whereby the respective system type fulfils different processing requirements. In addition to the temperature control systems with direct steam heating/ direct water cooling, we offer a temperature control system which utilizes a secondary loop system with steam heat and water cooling heat exchangers.

The secondary loop system offers a variety of controlling possibilities:

• Quick heating/ cooling with temperature set points (as fast as possible)
• Accurate temperature regulation (holds temperatures very well)
• Delta T Regulation with controlled temperature difference between jacket temperature and product temperature
• Ramp heating and cooling function – heating and cooling rates can be set ( deg. C. per minute) between set points

• Fast and precise temperature regulation
• Control accuracy of +/- 0.5°C
• Double jacket constantly fluid filled (no weight variations with load cells)
• No steam hammer in the double jacket
• No risk of partial product over heating
