A special process feature of our short loop system is the introduction of raw materials directly into the recirculation stream. This can be accomplished at a minimal vessel fill level (15%-20% of the nominal working level). This feature has the unique ability to produce a fast and homogenous dispersal process, while keeping the homogenizer from over loading.
