The phase vessel represents the ideal addition to a process plant for several mixing operations. They may be employed for a melting process, or the “pre-phase” of a mixing process.  

The phase vessel can be optioned with:

• Insulated double jacket for heating and cooling
• Internal pressure / vacuum rated shell and lid
• Bottom mixing device, internal rotor/stator homogenizer, or recirculation agitator “sybot”
• Raw material vacuum induction possibilities through the lid and below the product surface
• Complete draining of vessel contents through centre mounted bottom discharge valve
• CIP system and alternatively upgradeable to CIP-/SIP-Advanced
