A very important part of our process plant is the automation of different processes and operations. According to the wishes and requirements of our customers, the different process steps may be automated individually. If desired this allows control in the semi-automatic mode.

Fully automated process cycles are possible. An important consideration is intuitive plant control, which continuously assures reproducible process steps as per the recipe or batch process. symex offers efficient feedback to the customer that will ensure independent control of the plant. We design our systems to keep training to a minimum.

All design of the power and control electrics are exclusively developed by symex, whereby we are able to deploy worldwide established control systems such as Siemens, Rockwell (Allan Bradley), Beckhoff and Vipa, as well as graphic control systems by Siemens, Rockwell and Wonderware.
